I love wearing them while I clean - noise canceling hemos me focus. And when I go to bed they are so comfy I sometimes fall asleep listening to calming music with them on.

I was very surprised with the battery life per charge and all the unique settings that can be easily changed through the Bose apk.

I use them for work meetings as well as personal use (soooo good on planes). They’re very comfy - I prefer them over earbuds, and the noise cancellation is excellent! Highly recommend over and over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third set of QuietComfort headphones. I love the sound quality however the last two sets have been defective, Bose have subsidised a new pair and then replaced the defective subsidised ones. I would also question their partnership with UPS as I had to pay for a box etc when I provided my own, which Bose agreed that I was in the right however I did not receive a refund for the money I had to pay to UPS to return faulty headphones. So as much as I love Bose and have bought many items including sound system, earbuds, homepods, wireless speakers, built-in speakers (you get my drift), this has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I contemplated Apple however will stick with Bose for the moment.

I bought these primarily for the multipoint Bluetooth capability. Sadly, when that feature is turned on the headphones cut out frequently and have static. My previous headphones were Beats Studio3 which are heavy and clunky but the sound and controls were awesome. I don’t think the Bose sound as good and the controls are not as easy to use. The advantage the Bose headphones have is that they are significantly lighter and more comfortable for longer use. Also, the action button is a joke. I can’t believe I can’t link any other options besides Spotify. Had I know the Bluetooth multipoint would function so poorly, I would not have purchased. I wish I could return them but I did not keep the original packaging.

My schedule has required more travel, and though these are great in all applications, they are an absolute game changer for flights. The noise canceling ability, comfort, and sound quality have changed the way that I fly.

Been using this for almost 3 years. Sound is great and it really is quiet. One side of the headphone starts going on and off, and when I contacted the customer service they resolved the issue right away. Better than I expected, I should say. So, I’m very very happy
