I jumped at the chance to get these on sale and was excited to finally have them because Bose products come highly recommended. While they do a great job with blocking out outside noise I was disappointed to find that the sound leaks, even when turned down low. The point of me getting them was to not be disturbed by outside noise but to also not be the person disturbing others with my music/movies. In order to not disturb others I have to have the volume so low I end up not being able to hear anything myself. Had I known the sound leaks would be that bad I wouldn’t have purchased them and I believe the window to return them has closed. So for now they’re strictly for home use

I bought these for a noisy office environment because I can't hear callers, they can't hear me. I thought the noise canceling would take care of talking voices around me - it almost does. I can hear people around me even when I have music on. The microphone still picks up people's voices around me and I have fine tuned that as well to the best of my ability. I have toyed with returning them. They are extremely comfortable, easy to use, easy to charge, etc. I also love the color I just expected more silence .....

Last year i left them on a plane by mistake, they were still working fine. I have tried other products (Beats, etc) and had to go back to my Bose Quiet Comfort. received them as a gift for Christmas. noise canceling works pretty well on planes and at home. went to a cheerleading competition, and still got a lot of sound through. so, really high sound volumes get tempered down, but not completely canceled. overall, really good product.

I love Bose over any headphones I’ve had. I was excited to see the light blue color and bought it as soon as there was a sale. I already own the dark blue color in an older middle and I’ve had it for years(still have it and it works perfectly). I love the noise canceling (I can’t hear a thing, and most times others can’t hear my music). I’m tempted to buy a second pair in the light blue just to have.
