My husband bought me a pair a year and a half ago for my birthday. They've been mostly great (some issues with sound cutting out while watching movies). However they just stopped working out of nowhere. Fortunately customer service was wonderful and after troubleshooting they're providing an exchange. I can't wait to receive the replacement - just wish I wasn't going to be without headphones for 2+ weeks!

Have had these less than a month…being a first time user to headphones… I wish there were some simple instructions to use all the buttons. When I contacted someone from Bose (via texting) for questions I had - they kept answering something else. I told them I was ready to return the headphones. I am slowly learning the best use - but still feel there are features I am missing

I purchased the headphones to connect to my Bose soundbar so I could watch TV without disturbing my sleeping family. The sound is absolutely fantastic. I also use them for meditation because if the noise cancelling feature. It’s like sitting in the woods in the middle of the night…tranquillity. I highly recommend these headphones!

The sound quality is really good. 1 best thing I like about them is that the noise cancelling feature is adjustable in the Bose app so you can use the headphones in the public transport or on the way where surrounding noise is important.

The materials and features of the headphones are top notch and the functions easy to use. Mine are the second set of headphones I have purchased and are Bluetooth although Bose has the foresight to allow for plugin compatibility…smart thinking!!

They are lightweight and comfortable to wear. I can wear them for hours without discomfort. The app that comes with them is also very user-friendly. The pairing is easy, and the headphones will pair automatically and simultaneously with multiple units. The battery life and the noise canceling are also exceptional. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these as an upgrade to the noise canceling headphones I have had because I plan on doing more travel. My old ones I could wear for a few hours and my head would start to hurt. These I work for 6+ hours and my head had no pain. I like the option for noise canceling or aware to be able to hear what’s going on l. The ability to make custom modes and eq my music has also been nice. The only thing is I got them based on the color online looking like a dark navy blue and these are not that color they are a much brighter blue so I probably would have gone with a different color had I known.

I literally use my bose quietcomfort headphones every single day. Like they are attached to my head at this point hahaha. They are so amazing at noise cancelling, and you don't even have to blast the music to do so which is so much better for your ear drums!
