Basically used it one day to hopefully drown out New Year’s Eve’s loud fireworks and wasn’t able to do it. I will use for travel on flights. Didn’t know how to listen to Pandora music and also play my Puzzle app on iphone at the same time. Need to review operations manual I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Bose head set. The noise cancelling is great. And what a surprise you can turn off noise cancelling if needed. I have them for travel, so nice that they fold up so small. Now to keep them away from my husband

I was excited for these headphones, especially in my favorite color, yet was disappointed in the noise cancelling feature. The only way to cancel noise is to turn up the volume very high, which hurts my ears. I expected much higher quality for $400 headphones.

I originally heard about them through a content creater who Is autistic. Shared with my partner the exact ones I wanted and she got them for me. As an autistic person I primarily use the noise cancelling feature when having bad sound sensitivity. They work way better then my already high expectations of them. Love the sound quality when listening to music or watching a video. Havent used the phone call feature on it so can't say anything about that. I like ease of use when switching between modes and checking the battery charge. Which the battery charge how long it lasts is amazing wish more products came even close to this. Will continue to use as an ade to help manage sound sensitivity and highly recommend for this alone. Even know it does other things as well. It's an amazing product. So glad it has the two modes quiet mode and aware for when you need to hear more with your surroundings. And how in aware mode it's still quiet enough so sound isn't overwhelming but still able to hear people talking that are close enough to you.

Let me start by saying this product is thoughtfully and beautifully crafted. I am a huge fan of the color blue, so the new Blue Dusk color was calling to me. This is my first pair of Bose over ear headphones, but I did purchase the QC Ultra Earbuds last year. I really love those earbuds. I use them almost daily at home or work. My plan is to primarily use the earbuds at work and while working on several outdoor tasks. I will be using these headphones for most indoor home tasks. The sound quality is excellent! And, they are also extremely comfortable (even while wearing glasses). I have used them for several hours while working at home. I was on the fence between purchasing these or the QC Ultra Headphones, but the holiday promotions were much too good to resist the phenomenal value that these headphones offer. The ANC of this product is not quite as good as the ANC on my QC Ultra earbuds, but that is not an issue for me. That seems to be one of the bigger upgrades for the QC Ultra headphones as well. One other very important feature for me was also regarding the ANC. Prior to purchasing any Bose products, I purchased a much lower cost pair of headphones with ANC. I could not wear those for more than 20 minutes without terribly uncomfortable pressure in my ears. I was afraid that might result from any over ear headphones. However, I have not experienced this issue at all with either of my Bose earbuds or headphones. I am very satisfied customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a pair of choir comfort over the ear headphones from my children this holiday season. I had earbuds, but now that I am approaching 60 there's things in my fingers and constantly falling in the airplane while I travel let me to request this particular item the ease of use with the Bluetooth is light years better than Bose used to have And the sound quality is second to none based on the comparison to the Sennheiser that I presently own. I would personally recommend these to anyone as well as the ultras that my daughter had purchased at the same time.

Love them, but it took a while to figure out usage via the app. I am in my 70's and "old school". So I would've preferred written instructions on how to use as well as a description of the features. Also, I wanted to register my product, but I saw that you need to gently pull the cup cushion to get the number, On my old pair of noise-cancelling Bose headphones, the cushion came out (thus my new purchase. So I don't want to risk ruining my new headphones.

I thought that I would be able to use the headphones without other hearing my music. I also am not a fan of the charger. In my order I only received a connection and no plug in. So at the moment, I do not have a way to charge the headphones because I do not have a usb type plug in and my computer does not either. Very inconvenient that I have to go looking for a plug in that will connect to the headphones. It just doesn't make sense for that especially for the price of them. If I could, I would probably return the headphones and get a pair that has a more convenient way of charging them.
