Bought a set to replace the 10-year old pair my son decided was his own. I've always loved the bass and dynamics of Bose sound whether audiophiles like it or not and have been devoted to Bose products for 25+ years, but something is different. There was a tinny sound and a weird buzz and despite all trouble-shooting, could not re-create what I had with my old set. The sound was distracting, annoying and gave me a headache after a couple of minutes. It could be that these were defective, but after trying some Sony's, the Bose product just seems inferior now. It was good for decades, but not sure if it's good enough anymore. Returned for refund and replaced with Sony's.

I bought these a little over a month ago & received them in a timely manner with a small delay. Pros: They are SO pretty!! The sound quality is great, noise cancellation feature works pretty well, and the different customizable modes is really cool! Cons: I have a smaller head & these sit pretty low on my ears, they also feel a bit loose because of this. Due to those reasons, I feel like the sound leakage is much worse & you can hear the music, podcast, est. playing outside of the headphones even with the volume lowered. Overall I love them, I just really wish they were a bit tighter & you could adjust them smaller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my set since December and they are juist plain great. i knew the sound quality would be very good, but was surprised with the nosie canceling. i have used other noise canceling headsets and they were pretty good on real loud soinds, but you could still hear some sounds like people talking to you. Not the case with the Bose headphones, becuase they caocel out all sounds. That is true noise canceling.

Very comfortable and they don’t fall out easily especially after you get your perfect fit. They tell you how to do that too. Saving the best for last, their warranty is awesome and I’ve had such a fantastic experience when I had to get them replaced. I am a Bose customer for life!!

Comfortable headphones with great battery to get me through the day. I am, however, disappointed that right out of the box I started experiencing issues. Occasionally, the headphones will suddenly go silent and become unresponsive. It's easy to fix with a quick on-and-off, though.

Sound quality is what I really love. Everything I have , which is related sound quality, i.e. Home Theater speakers, sound bars, earbuds, portable speakers, and now, headphones, are Bose Products. My opinion, Bose is the best!!!!!

I enjoy the cushion around the ears where I don't experience the pressure points or discomfort from wearing my headphones. The spatial quality of the sound is amazing and I feel like I'm at a live concert when listening to my music. I use my headphones for talking on my phone and they do an excellent job of cutting out the white noise.

I bought it 2 weeks ago and I loved it. This is the first headset I own that is pricy and it’s all worth it. The quality will last if you take care of it till there be a new invention coming. The sound was awesome I can’t hear any noise from around me it focus on the sound that I am listening to. I recommend this product. Bose the best quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted to try noise cancellation headphones for a while. Seemed like a big luxury item. It was on sale so I purchased a pair. Love them! I now use them often - mostly to privately listen to music. I can highly recommend.

I love them so much even when music is not playing the noise canclation keeps working but i can still hear who is talking with me really helps me out when i am over stimulated in public spaces and there is never any fead back on calls app works verry well with my non iphone
