[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this around Christmas time from a family member and it was amazing. It has great noise cancelling and has features like a headphones cord so you can use if there dead or something without blue tooth compatability.

I bought this last month for my husband. His BOSE headphones that he has had for a number of were falling apart from use so an upgrade was needed. He loves these new ones! He loves them being wireless (last set wasn’t) and these are noise canceling so they’re doubly nice. I can see him wearing these ones out, too. We love our BOSE!

Had my eye (or ears) on these for a while. Great Black Friday deal, couldn't turn it down. The ANC is second to none. I work in a noisy office and these give me almost complete silence. There is a large button on the side that when toggled, I can then have conversations. These are over the ear. My main concern is they can get uncomfortable after a while, however after about two hours its worth removing them anyway.

Excellent. After seven pairs of BEATS over the last decade, I can honestly say It's Official: the next seven pairs of headphones will be BOSE!!! As long as the quality remains the same, this is my new go-to for all things related to high-end sound, thank you Bose!

I love the sound and how comfortable they are but ever since I bought them there are times when the Bluetooth connection seems to have issues and the sounds stops despite the song continued to be played on the device. You have to kind of reset the connection every time. This issue went away for some months but I recently added a new device and now the problem is back on any other device used. It can be annoying and apparently it is something happening to others with the same model. Other than that, it is a good product.

Have had these less than a month…being a first time user to headphones… I wish there were some simple instructions to use all the buttons. When I contacted someone from Bose (via texting) for questions I had - they kept answering something else. I told them I was ready to return the headphones. I am slowly learning the best use - but still feel there are features I am missing

I bought this product back in April I love that you can hear everything around you and still can hear your music. The one thing I hate about ear buds is that every pair I have gotten always slide out of my ears and I have to keep shoving them back in. Not with these they just clip to my ears and stay there. I wish there was a little bit more bass to them.

Love the long lasting battery,and I don't have to worry about recharging in between each use. Each power up, it tells you the life of battery, the device you're connected to, and best part are easy to use controls on each ear I wear BTE RIC hearing aids , and these bar far have been the best, most comfortable set headset to wear!THANK YOU BOSE FOR GETTING COMFORT RIGHT!!!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I have thoroughly enjoyed them. As the name suggests, they are very comfortable, and have a phenomenal sound quality! I love the ease and simplicity of the settings, equalizer, everything else that you can customize on the app! I also have been very impressed with the ANC and the aware modes compared to other headphones I have tried in the past. I use them everyday at work. It's a great product and it does exactly what I want it to do. I have done a few studies on Bose for a few of my master's program, and I was very impressed with the focus Bose has on it's products. So when I was looking for my first pair of on-ear headphones, I knew Bose was what I wanted. Their focus on maintaining the best quality products and the best features still rings true to me. Bose doesn't disappoint.
