These are spill proof, but they are not well insulated and ice melts within 2 hours and drink cools quickly. The handle is nice.

while it does keep ice all day, my problem is it gets moldy where the straw retracts into the lid and is extremely difficult area to clean. had to use a qtip and just keep at it. I won't purchase again.

It uses a sliding system that adjusts the straw to your desired height. When you fully rotate the mechanism, it seals over the straw to prevent spills. At first, I thought this mechanism would be hard to clean. However, the straw is removable, and you can rotate the mechanism to simplify hand cleaning under the cap. Personally, I still suggest using a dishwasher to ensure no residue is left behind. I've used it for water, pre-workout drinks, and protein shakes without any clogging or leaking problems. Only time will tell if it lasts long-term, but I'm really impressed.

I like that it still has a straw but that you can close the straw off. The handle makes it easy to carry more than one or one with other things. Great product that will replace my other water bottles.

I really like the retractable straw feature which prevents dust or bugs from getting into the straw. It’s a little on the heavier side but the handle makes it easy to carry. It does keep my water cold so I have no complaints! The slim bottom also fits inside my car’s cupholders.
