Love the design, however the store description doesn't align with the packaging. Store description says this cup is for hot and cold beverages and the packaging says “Not for use with hot or carbonated beverages.” I give it 2 stars since I purchased it with my morning coffee in mind and am disappointed.

I wanted to like these, but it's just not happening. In order for the straw to retract, the cup has to have little ice (not even close to the fill line) and the ice has to be separated. Otherwise, the straw gets blocked by the ice. At least that's what I think is happening. Whatever it is, I don't like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using these cups for about a month now and find them to be durable and convenient. When filled with ice they keep drinks cold all day. It’s nice for iced coffee as well as water. The lid has a retractable silicone straw which folds in when the lever on top is closed. This is nice as the straw stays clean and germ free when being carried around. I removed one star because I do find the lids are difficult to clean and I’m concerned they could become moldy. The handle makes it easy to carry or to be hooked on to something.
