I was skeptical of the TV infomercial concerning the Snow Joe cordless shovel but being in my seventies I had to try the product. The Snow Joe performed as advertised. The 13" width clears a nice swath, the shovel does throw the snow a nice distance. My driveway is 2 cars wide and 60 feet long, I was surprised to see the battery would let me do the driveway 2 1/2 times on one charge which is very convenient.The Snow Joe cordless shovel is definitely AS Advertised.

Had not heard of the “Joe family”. Purchased the “Snow Shovel” not expecting the level of satisfaction. Everything worked as advertised including a couple of surprise additions. Because of my satisfaction I plan to order some other Joe products. Many thanks.

We live in a condo that provides snow removal of large snow in the parking lot, but we are responsible for our breezeways and around our cars. No real place for a gas snow thrower storage. I had used a corded snow shovel and knew they could be effective, but really did not want to mess with an extension cord. This SnowJoe had high reviews, so I ordered one. Product arrived timely even though the entire US had been blanketed with snow. We had a 8inch snow the day it arrived. I was not disappointed, went to gather easily if you follow the directions and the 24volt battery provided plenty of power to move 2-4 inches of snow with out a problem. The unit is light enough that you can lift it up for deeper snow and take it off in layers. Very pleased with this snow shovel. Just make sure to know which way the wind is blowing.

We bought two shovels for our son who owns Brownstones in New York. When the shovels came he opened one to see how it worked. He told us it worked well and he liked it very much. The problem is that the snow projects very far. When you have houses that are close you un the risk of throwing your snow on someone else's property or on someone's car that is parked in the street. He had to return the second unopened one.

As a first-time user, I am having difficulty learning how to use it, as the pattern that one needs to use is a tad different than a large snowblower. The direction of the blown snow is the dictator of the game. Maybe by next year, I will have mastered it.

I ordered this item and there was a delay in the shipping due to backorder from the manufacturer. The customer support was very helpful in explaining this matter and actually gave me a 10% discount refund for waiting. As far as the actual product, this is so much easier then using a regular snow shovel it's amazing! I can clear my driveway and sidewalk in about a third of the time it would take me with a regular shovel. Thank you Snow Joe!

I recently got the 24V-SS13-MAX and what a difference it's made! Starting off when i got it unboxing was nice and easy, everything was packed securely and all the parts (battery, charger, holder, cover bag) were conveniently there for me! Just enough without being overwhelmed by parts and pieces. Assembly was so quick and easy, I just attached the handle, clicked in the battery, and it was ready to go. No tools, no hassle it was 3 pieces and I had it up and running in just a couple of minutes. Ready for the upcoming storm and because of the storage bag it will be waiting for me with the simplest start up next time. The user manual was helpful and informative. It clearly shows how to set everything up, explains all the features without being confusing, an informative safety section and even includes tips on how to get the best performance. As for the shovel itself, I'm really impressed. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and way more powerful than it looks. I was worried about being able to push/lift it around by myself but it's much lighter than it looks. It clears a good path quickly and throws the snow far enough that I'm not constantly reclearing the same spot, which was my other concern. It's perfect for walkways, driveways, decks basically anywhere I used to dread shoveling. I was surprised by how light, easy and convenient this was, it's really a grab and go making those hours i used to spend shoveling so much quicker. Definitely a 5-star buy!

Very impressed with this snow shovel! There is a lot of power for such a lightweight tool. Package was delivered quickly in a secure box with lots of graphics and info. Setup took less than 10 minutes. It barely takes up any space and love that there is no gas needed. Looking forward to using this on our patio and steps all winter!
