Love this set- it is so pretty and the mat is so cute! Also my set was missing the red dragons so I contacted the company and they mailed them the same day! The bag it comes with is perfect - my only complaint would be that I like my other racks better because they have the pusher connected (though they are longer so they don't fit in this cute bag) Highly recommend!!

as soon as I said to arrive to my house and I picked it up I knew this was the real deal. a high quality mahjong set. it was heavy and when I opened it up I was amazed about the quality of the set. All the pieces feel nice and crisp and smooth to my fingers as well as to have a nice weight to them so they don't fly off. and they give a very satisfying clack sound. and I'm very glad it came with a anti-slit mat. nothing slides when it's on it easily. and the mat itself stays were it's placed. I also love the bag. it's a nice high quality bag. that's great for travel. I'm honestly astounded that this set is worth its weight in gold.

Overall this is a good set for a beginner, it can be expensive to get started. I was disappointed in the racks quality and lack of traditional pusher, and the tiles just aren't quite the same American MAHJ (missing the bird bam and the winds were odd). The mat does rumple so essentially it was an affordable tile set, carrier and I'll sadly have to replace the other items. Maybe I'm picky.

I have been playing American Mahjong for several years. I was excited to play with this pretty (pink) set! The tiles are very pretty, my whole group agreed with that. And it was a good value for the money. But they are so thick! It was difficult to mix the tiles for play because they kept flipping over. They are almost as thick as they are wide! Photo shows comparison with “normal” tile thickness. The mat being suede did not allow for the tiles to slide around while being mixed up, contributing to their flipping over. The mat is pretty though. As far as the pushers go, they took some getting used to, but they were okay. The case for the tiles is quite nice. We are used to lining our tiles up to put them in a box, so that was not an issue. The carrying case for the whole set was nice. I ended up returning this set because of the tile thickness, the cracks were difficult to read, as were the winds. There needs to be more differentiation in those tiles.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this set, but even more impressive is their customer service. I reached out to JoyC because the mat I received had some color transfer on the white design on the mat making it look patterned pink. They quickly responded, within 2 hours, apologized and sent a replacement mat. Unfortunately, this replacement mat had the same issue when I received it. I reached out to JoyC again and they replaced the mat a second time with a different design. I love the set. It is high quality and has everything needed to start playing I recommend this set to all of my friends!

Bought the Blossom set. Love th pink back of tiles. Red dragons were blank. I emailed Joyc.com - the manufscturer- on the “contact us” page, they emailed me back within the day and shipped out new dragon tiles the next day at no cost. Super customer service!! Beautiful set with nice bag and colorful mat that is not distracting in th middle. Note-the racks do not have attached stretchers. They are separate acrylic sticks to use for both American and Chinese mahjong. This is in the description.

Really love this set to keep as a back up for practice. It would make a great starter set for those looking to get into Mahjong but don't want to invest $500 into a complete set. Yes, are there things that could be improved upon, I.e pushers not being fully connected or the yellow set does have some tiles that are harder to read because they are yellow or the 1 bam bird tile doesn't have a bird on it, sure but overall it's a really cute set with everything you need to get started

I absolutely love love this set - It has everything you need to play and the fact that there is a mat in the set is such a nice touch - to minimize the noise. It is high quality - very durable and the color is vibrant. I was beyond thrilled when opening this set and playing with it. Highly recommend!!!

These tiles are beautiful—my only complaint was that the numbers on 15 or so of the tiles started to chip within a couple of weeks of purchase, making them very difficult to read. When I emailed the company about the problem, they contacted me within 24 hours asking for a list of my chipped tiles, and shipped replacements out to me the same day!

I ordered the Blooming set and it is beautiful! Some reviewers mentioned that their sets were missing the 4 red dragons. Mine was, too. But I did not want to return the set, so I contacted the manufacturer using the contact form on their website (JoyC, I found them on Google) and they could not have been nicer or more apologetic. They said there was a problem with one run of that set, and they mailed me the missing dragon tiles that same day! (They even emailed the tracking number.) I sent them a photo so they would know the tiles were blank, but they didn't even ask for that. Would it have been easier if all the tiles were included from the start? Yes, but the set is so pretty that to me it was worth a bit of effort to be able to keep the set. By the way, this set sells for $249 on JoyC's website as well as a couple other places, so this is a very good deal. The tiles are thick and heavy and the pictures don't do them justice. The mat is very pretty and seems to be of good quality. The racks and pushers don't attach together like most racks/pushers, but that isnt really a problem.
