Beautiful Mahjong set!! Such a great set for the price! The tiles, mat, and bags are great quality. I can not say enough about the Joyc Brand customer service as well. If you have any questions about the game or set their team responds fast and extremely helpful! The QR code the packaging was very helpful in game set up. You will not find a better quality or company for $149 set!

I miss the "treasure hunt" excitement of a thrilling find at Sam's Club...this set recreated that feeling! We needs more of that, Sam's buyers! I am a "new" player and wanted a second, more trendy set like the $500 ones sold online. This fit the bill .(I also have a traditional set that is very solid). I love the colors on this Blooming version but I am using my pushers from another set because these have some room for improvement. For the price, this is an outstanding deal if you are a beginner and want something attractive and fun. I have noticed that even the competitors popular expensive sets sold on line that are comparable to this have issues if you read the reviews, these have none of those serious issues like deglazing. This is a great investment.

JoyC has the best customer service. Like a few others I was missing the red dragons. I emailed JoyCs customer service and they had replacements on the way the very next day. I did get the pink set and they seem easy to read. I can't wait to start playing. I am new at Mahjong so this was a great set for me to start with.

Love this set- it is so pretty and the mat is so cute! Also my set was missing the red dragons so I contacted the company and they mailed them the same day! The bag it comes with is perfect - my only complaint would be that I like my other racks better because they have the pusher connected (though they are longer so they don't fit in this cute bag) Highly recommend!!

These oversized tiles are absolutely gorgeous! Somehow, my set was missing red dragons. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they sent out replacements right away, and I received them very quickly. Their customer service was fantastic. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish the mat was rolled instead of folded because you do have to let the mat smooth out.

The tiles are beautiful, and feel nice in your hand. The customer service from the company is exceptional! The mat had air bubbles I it, which were sealed in during the machining process. The company responded quickly and is sending a replacement mat. I will update the review if expectations are not met

Overall this is a good set for a beginner, it can be expensive to get started. I was disappointed in the racks quality and lack of traditional pusher, and the tiles just aren't quite the same American MAHJ (missing the bird bam and the winds were odd). The mat does rumple so essentially it was an affordable tile set, carrier and I'll sadly have to replace the other items. Maybe I'm picky.

This set is beautiful! I'm new to the game and have been wanting to a set but couldn't justify the hefty price tag on other sets and the cheaper sets I'd heard were horrible. I received this one as a Christmas gift and couldn't be happier with it! All of the pieces are of super high quality and everything you need is included (even the pushers…don't throw those away!) I accidentally thew my pushers away so I reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me new ones. Amazing! Thank you Sam's for a wonderful product, please keep more of these coming…I'd love to purchase new designs and sets in the future

The set up pretty and I was extremely excited to receive it. However the set I received was missing the red dragons. I ordered a 2nd set thinking it was a mistake on packaging since so many were happy with the tiles. The 2nd set received was also missing the red dragons.
