We ordered the blooming set and it's absolutely stunning. Boutique quality designs and colors at a fraction of the price. Includes everything you need to play the game. Would absolutely purchase again. Also outstanding customer service. The soap tiles were missing the blue boarder color and the company responded within the hour, and was immediately helpful - offering to mail replacements. They had that processed the same day!

The set up pretty and I was extremely excited to receive it. However the set I received was missing the red dragons. I ordered a 2nd set thinking it was a mistake on packaging since so many were happy with the tiles. The 2nd set received was also missing the red dragons.

This is a complete Mahjong set including tiles, mat, four player racks, and carrying bag. The tiles are colorful and durable. All of the components necessary for hours of fun are included and are built to last. Price is attractive. An excellent gift.

Rarely have I encountered a company with such committed and proactive customer service. I had an issue with a few tiles and JOYC Brands provided outstanding and rapid resolution to the mixup. I would buy again from them anytime. The Mahjong set is beautiful. I bought a second one as a gift.

Pretty set. I don't care for the pushers since it's 2 pieces and not connected. And if you play with blanks and extra jokers the pushers could be longer. I feel like we have been dropping tiles more with this set than others. The lip of the pusher that the tiles sit on seems narrow. Good started set for the price.

These oversized tiles are absolutely gorgeous! Somehow, my set was missing red dragons. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they sent out replacements right away, and I received them very quickly. Their customer service was fantastic. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish the mat was rolled instead of folded because you do have to let the mat smooth out.

This is a beautiful starter set. The set I purchased was missing the red dragons and 4extra blanks were included. An email to JoyC to inform them was met by an immediate response and red dragons being mailed to me the next day. I purchased a second set as a gift. The only thing I didn't like is that the pushers are not attached to the rack (minor inconvenience). The tiles are beautiful. Customer support was excellent.

Beautiful Mahjong set!! Such a great set for the price! The tiles, mat, and bags are great quality. I can not say enough about the Joyc Brand customer service as well. If you have any questions about the game or set their team responds fast and extremely helpful! The QR code the packaging was very helpful in game set up. You will not find a better quality or company for $149 set!

The tiles are beautiful, and feel nice in your hand. The customer service from the company is exceptional! The mat had air bubbles I it, which were sealed in during the machining process. The company responded quickly and is sending a replacement mat. I will update the review if expectations are not met

Tiles are great quality and the colors are pretty. There was a bit of a smell when I first opened but after I opened everything it was gone. Good quality and well made. I was missing 4 tiles (4 repeat tiles were in the set instead) but I reached out to the company. I have to say their Customer Service gets another 5 stars. I not only received a response with in the hour, the next day I woke up to an email with a tracking number. He also stated for the inconvenience they added a gift card. There was no need for the GC. I appreciate the quickness, kindness and ease of it. If you are looking for a tile set I would definitely recommend going with this company.
