I absolutely love love this set - It has everything you need to play and the fact that there is a mat in the set is such a nice touch - to minimize the noise. It is high quality - very durable and the color is vibrant. I was beyond thrilled when opening this set and playing with it. Highly recommend!!!

Ignore the haters, these are a fantastic value option! Chunky, heavy feel tiles, decent mat and racks. The bag does look a little cheaply made but if you are looking for a value option this is it!! The pushers are not attached to the racks but this does not impact play!

I ordered the Blooming set and it is beautiful! Some reviewers mentioned that their sets were missing the 4 red dragons. Mine was, too. But I did not want to return the set, so I contacted the manufacturer using the contact form on their website (JoyC, I found them on Google) and they could not have been nicer or more apologetic. They said there was a problem with one run of that set, and they mailed me the missing dragon tiles that same day! (They even emailed the tracking number.) I sent them a photo so they would know the tiles were blank, but they didn't even ask for that. Would it have been easier if all the tiles were included from the start? Yes, but the set is so pretty that to me it was worth a bit of effort to be able to keep the set. By the way, this set sells for $249 on JoyC's website as well as a couple other places, so this is a very good deal. The tiles are thick and heavy and the pictures don't do them justice. The mat is very pretty and seems to be of good quality. The racks and pushers don't attach together like most racks/pushers, but that isnt really a problem.

Set arrived in all materials look nice, but was missing the four red dragons in the cracks set. Where they should've been were 4 blank tiles. Without these pieces, you can't correctly play the game, and I didn't want to write "Red Dragon" in sharpie on the blanks.

Beautiful tiles. Was able to the Blooming when they were temporarily discounted online. Like others I was missing the red dragons. I emailed the manufacturer and they responded within minutes. They sent the replacements within a few days. Amazing customer service.

I saw this set as I was walking through Sam's and stood there for some time looking at everything I could see on the outside of the box. I was mesmerized! I had an "ordinary" set at home, but this Blooming set was so colorful and beautuful! Our group always plays with two sets anyway, and I have to ask someone else to bring theirs... Not anymore! First of all, the packaging is beautiful and quality. I haven't been able to get rid of the box, thinking I'll use it for something else. This set came with everything: beautiful tiles, racks, pushers, mat, tile case, and really nice bag in which to carry it all. The tiles are beautufully made, colorful and cheery. They are a nice weight, chunkier than original tiles, but they are easy to pick up and I love the pink backs. Most are ready to read, except the red numbers on the cracks (which look like Chinese lanterns😊). This was the only thing that I would suggest a change in, and I took a fine line black sharpie and made the numbers black. The mat that came with this set is beautiful with a nice design on the edges, plain in the center (which I like), had a smooth surface and rubber backing so it stays in place when you're flipping the tiles. Now for the pushers: I LIKE the trays being clear and hold the tiles nicely, and although the pushers are not attached, I like that. They are like clear rulers that you stand up on the outside of your racks, so that you can do two stacked rows of tiles. Then it's easy to hold each end of the pusher and push them out. Afterwards, the pushers slide underneath your racks out of the way. The tile case is not one that you can just throw them in, they do need to be stacked to fit, but so do other sets where they fit in trays. I like that they are zipped up and fit nicely in the beautuful bag (that holds EVERYTHING: Tiles, racks, pushers, and mat). I guess you can see that I love the blooming set and am happy I got it! But there is one other really wonderful part of this company, and that is their customer service! This set comes with 8 flowers and I'm used to playing also with 8 seasons that we use for flowers. There are plenty of blank tiles to do that, but people would ask, "are these jokers or flowers?" So I decided to get some decal stickers... But when I ordered some, they just did not go with this lovely set. So I emailed them to ask if I could buy 8 more flowers, and I would send them 8 blanks? Michael, from customer service was so very kind (and answered my email so quickly) and said he would send me 8 flowers without me sending in my blanks! Now that is customer service, wanting to keep their customers happy!! And I AM!! Thank you JoyC! Photos did not attach🤔

Absolutely beautiful, high-quality set. My original order was missing a few pieces but I reached out directly to the manufacturer (JoyC) and they couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. I received the tiles within a few days. I have never seen a set this beautiful or this high quality for such a reasonable price. I ordered a second to give as a gift!

I love the colors of this set, but there is no bird 1 bam (it's plain bamboo) and my set was missing all 4 red dragons. They are replacing my set, but I have to go through the trouble of printing a mailing label and returning the old set to the post office.

Great set but the yellow tiles are very hard to read. Additionally the mat is a suede-like material and the tiles don't slide well on it. It can also stain with any liquid on it. The mat should be neoprene which is washable and allows the tiles to move easily on it.

Bought the Blossom set. Love th pink back of tiles. Red dragons were blank. I emailed Joyc.com - the manufscturer- on the “contact us” page, they emailed me back within the day and shipped out new dragon tiles the next day at no cost. Super customer service!! Beautiful set with nice bag and colorful mat that is not distracting in th middle. Note-the racks do not have attached stretchers. They are separate acrylic sticks to use for both American and Chinese mahjong. This is in the description.
