This is a great beginning set. I am not a huge fan of the Matt because of the suede type material. Was missing 4 red dragons and I emailed customer service and they sent right over. I also am not a fan of the racks because they are separate from pushers but it was a good price for the set. I got it for 90 dollars and was worth what I paid however not sure I would pay 150

Starting with I read all the reviews but purchased the Cirque Jong Edition anyways (yellow tiles) - LOVE the tiles themselves. Totally see criticism of using yellow numbers on tiles. They are pretty much impossible to read and I have good eyesight. Poor planning on design team. I did take a thin sharpie and outline numbers, it definitely helped. My only other issue is how the heck to do you get creases out of mat??? Ironing with steam is doing hardly anything to change and right now, the mat is really not playable with tiles %26 pushers. Says below to add photos (will do) but unable to see any one else's photos. All that being said, still love the tiles. Just wish yellow wasn't used for identifying the actual number and very disappointed in way mat has creases due to shipping.

Love my new mahjong set! My old set was from 1983 so when I saw how pretty this set was, I decided to treat myself and I'm glad I did. I too was missing the 4 red dragons but no problem, I contacted JoyC on their website and within minutes I had a response telling me they would ship them out the next day. Now, that's customer service. The quality of the set is wonderful and I would highly recommend any JoyC products due to that and the excellent customer service!

Love this set! The tiles and the mat are so pretty and I've received many compliments on both. The same set is being sold for a much higher price at Wal-Mart, so I feel like this was a great value! I did have a flaw with one of the tiles, and the company replied to my email requesting a replacement for that tile within 10 minutes and then provided a tracking number for it being shipped out within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and a quality, beautiful set!

Purchased this set twice. One for myself another as a gift to my boss! But her set came with white soaps instead of blue. Went back and exchanged and received a new set also with white soaps. So I emailed the CS people on the website and got a response almost immediately. Extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. So new soaps are being sent, provided with the tracking of them!!

Such a fantastic starter kit!! Everyone who has seen it is so impressed at the quality vs cost. It comes with all the major items (tiles, mat, racks, pushers) at such an affordable price. I had an issue with 2 of my racks being cracked, and the company immediately took care of it and sent me replacements.

This set was missing all the red dragons. Terrible customer service experience in trying to replace the set. Order the same set from other retailers to save yourself the trouble.

Check your tiles! I caught a mistake checking them before opening, I got 5 - 5cracks and 3 - 3cracks...should've been 4 of each. Overall seems like a nice set tho and hopefully I can get a correct set and then I plan to keep. Took off stars due to tile mistake..

Absolutely beautiful, high-quality set. My original order was missing a few pieces but I reached out directly to the manufacturer (JoyC) and they couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. I received the tiles within a few days. I have never seen a set this beautiful or this high quality for such a reasonable price. I ordered a second to give as a gift!

Set arrived in all materials look nice, but was missing the four red dragons in the cracks set. Where they should've been were 4 blank tiles. Without these pieces, you can't correctly play the game, and I didn't want to write "Red Dragon" in sharpie on the blanks.
