My RCA washer had a manufacturer defect it would wash but never rised. Reviewing the washer manual there was a contact number, I called RCA well they no longer supports the product.They gave me another number which again no longer support the. I would never recommend the product because of this issue.

The washer arrived in good condition. It has a surprisingly large capacity. Its action cleans clothes thoroughly, and the spin cycle extracts the water well. Quiet operation, ease of hook-up and use are all satisfactory. The wheeled dolly sold separately is not necessarily needed, and doesn't fit well anyway. The washer has 2 rollers so it can be tilted and rolled away. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

It is nice to be able to do our laundry in our apartment. I put it on wheels and move it from our bedroom to the kitchen. It works great. It is difficult to roll around without adding wheels. It only has one adjustable foot to balance. I used my own shims and that works well. You need to balance it or it makes loud noises when spinning. Now that we figured all that out we love it.

I have been using this washer for a couple of weeks now and love it! It can easily handle larger loads with vigorous agitation and impressive spin-dry! I washed 8 loads today for a household of 5, including a load each of bathroom rugs and towels! I recommend turning off faucet between fills to avoid extra pressure on your pipes ;) and of course, get the dolly! Watch YouTube videos to see how to clean filter, etc.

So far, so good! Purchased a couple of months ago and it's nice not to have to go to the laundromat anymore! Washes well and can hold a lot. I have mine on a dolly because I live in a small apartment and need it to be portable. It's too big and heavy to move without it. If you plan to move it, get the dolly.

I was so excited to finally have the opportunity to open and use the washer then BOOM. Dents on the front and the two sides of the washer. Looks like it got damaged in transit. Loved the size, and the look of the interior and exterior of the washer though. Tried getting a replacement, but it's currently out of stock. An email will be sent to me as requested, hopefully from Wal-Mart when restocked. Customer Service listened and scheduled a pick up return from my location. She also gave me a reference number, to repurchase it for the same rollback price. Honestly I wIsh I had a better review to give. Hopefully I can update with more stars after I get the item when it's restocked.

I've been enjoying my RCA 3.0 portable washing machine. It has been running strong since October 2018. It fits all my comforters, clothing, and etc. I love the different setting options and most of it's capability to connect to my kitchen sink. I recommend this washer machine.

Pros- it's really big, washes well, quiet and it has lots of washing options. Cons- you must buy the wheels if you want to move this machine at all! The drain hose is a joke. It's cheap plastic and extremely short. You'll need to replace it. The power cord is very short. There is no fabric softener dispenser and the bleach dispenser barely holds any liquid. The spin cycle is fine on medium loads or smaller. On large loads, I have to run a second spin to get the clothes dry. Also, Downy Ball dies not work well with this machine. it either opens during the wash or not at all. All in all, you get what you pay for. It's a decent machine for the low price.

got the washer two weeks ago. the machine is great. Did my first wash last night and couldn't belive how quite the machine was and the spin cycle gets the all the water out of the clothes. now am looking for a dryer to go with the washer. Am very happy with the waher. its nice not going to the laundry mat.

The machine washed great! However, a few months after the mfg warranty expired the washer will not spin. There is no service in the USA from the manufacturer and repair companies say they do not work on this machine because they cannot get parts! It is a disposable not portable machine.
