It's pricey but it really does do a great job. I live in an apartment and it said it had washer and dryer hookups but when I moved in I found out that was incorrect. I did some research and landed on this unit from Walmart. I'm so happy it's the one I went with! I looked all over for the best item at a decent price and Walmart checked all the boxes at the time. I bought this in Jan. 2026 for $398 before taxes. It shipped quickly and perfectly and was very easy to hookup and unbox. I connected it to my hose water spigot outside and have had zero issues with it. I don't have access to hook it up to hot water but honestly it gets my clothes clean with cool water so it's fine by me. It obviously doesn't fit as much as a regular washer but this is one of the bigger ones in the market that can handle quite a bit without being crazy expensive. It's very user friendly and simple to use. The power cord is a little short on it but my space allows for it. If you're torn and not sure if it's worth the money I would say go for it. It's hard to find a portable washer with this capacity at a lower price point and I think this was worth every penny.

I've had this washer for at least four years; at the time, it was the only one I could find that would fit down my narrow basement steps. The washer is still running and working well. I recently replaced it because I found a larger washer with both hot and cold water hookups. As long as I didn't overload it, the clothes came out clean, and the spin cycle removed a lot of water. The only downside was that it didn't have separate hot and cold water hookups.

I love this machine!, the size is comparable to any full size washer, had it a couple of weeks. Discovered one problem the first time I used it, on the normal cycle it does not fill up a tub of rinse water, it drains out the wash water and spins and only sprays 3 sprays while spinning but never stops and fills up a tub to rinse so I can add my fabric softner...I called the RCA manufacturer and they have not gotten back to me despite its bn over 3 weeks. So I've just worked around it and set a separate program to rinse or not use the the normal cycle. The quick cycle rinses without any problem.

I love it. Washes quietly. Easy to use. Economical.

I purchased this model , capacity larger than thought would be .. The only problem had 3 big dents on one side. Don't want to send back.

excellent machine bigger than I expected cleans really well and spins clothes out very good highly recommend!

the right size for my place and able to fully wash my clothes without the loud banging. I love it and recommend it for anyone looking for a washer like this.

This washing machine is massive but yet compact. Easy settings, quick operation and quite. Washed 8 beach towels and still had room for 2 or 3 more. Like the soft close see thru lid. I would suggest a 4 wheel dolly for underneath if you have to move it to and from the sink as the hose and cords are minimal in length. But this washing machine is amazing and holds a lot of clothes and whisper quite. Would highly recommend for any apartment. Arrived just fine no dents or damage.

I'm not sure if my floor isn't level enough or my load is uneaven or to heavy but every now and then the washer will splash and it will run down and out the sides on to the floor I also think my water is to hot causing a build up of condonation witch runs down the side. The size is perfect I replaced a full size washer with it. If you purchase perhaps place it in a pan made for washers. I have it in seller with concrete floor. The water isn't running on the outside but inside of the tin cover.

You will need to watch this washer while it washes. Sometimes it goes back to the beginning of the cycle. To dry clothes you will need to have it go through the spin cycle more than once. For the washer to completely fill up with water- choose the bulky setting. After a month the spin cycle was not consistent in the spin speed. I returned this item. Looking at getting a regular washer and extra long drain hose, water hose. Regular washers may be better and the same size. Good luck with your search and washing.
