What a joke I would leave zero stars if I could it shuts down when it looks at snow, which makes it completely useless.  Do not buy do not buy do not buy all their products suck do not buy fix your stuff.

Absolutely Aweful

This thing is a hunk of junk. It does a horrible job. Doesn't pick up the snow well enough, throws it a few inches and doesn't have the power to blow it anywhere. Total junk. Returned ours!

Don't waste your time.

This snowblower has really impressed me! It's super lightweight, durable and gives a great performance! No disappointment here! Would definitely purchase again!

Simple to put together, easy start

Very powerful snow machine and easy to used it.love it

Great product

Has very limited power. In very dry fluffy snow it will move some, in and type of moist snow or, forbid, any ice, it doesn't perform at all. Snow is tossed out the side and piled right next to the blower, no where near 20' away, or even 2'.
If snow is more than 3" the blower stalls when it makes contact.. Admittedly, when plugged into 110v, it does have a bit more power but it still doesn't compare to the specs posts.

Waste of money.

Light weight and easy to use. My only complaint is that run time is not long enough. With light snow, I get about 30 to 40 min run time. If snow is at all wet, cut that time in half.  Would like to be able to run one battery at a time, so when it runs out one can still continue clearing snow without having to stop  and wait for battery charge. Other than that it's a breeze to use and leaves this 70+ year body still feeling chipper when finished.
