this was very easy to put together. Love the cover that came with it. I have started it up a couple of times to show friends but you know how it goes you buy something and aren't able to really use it because I have had no snow so I haven't been able to try it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Snow Blower ever for 43 years. I brought the 18" Snow Blower and it was easy to set up with no problem at all. I don't have to use my shovel any more and no hurt my back for lift snow off the sidewalk and driveway. This is the best Snow Blower without use gas and electric cord. I love it and later I will buy small one that was 13" inch Blower.

Light weight and easy to use. My only complaint is that run time is not long enough. With light snow, I get about 30 to 40 min run time. If snow is at all wet, cut that time in half. Would like to be able to run one battery at a time, so when it runs out one can still continue clearing snow without having to stop and wait for battery charge. Other than that it's a breeze to use and leaves this 70+ year body still feeling chipper when finished.

I am very pleased with this product. We had a six inch snow storm last week and this Snow Joe Product handled it very well. I was impressed with the power of it and how long the battery lasted.

I was surprised to see how good it worked. I have only had the chance to use it once, the only thing I had to get used to is the speed to push it. My larger blower is self propelled.

Snow Joe made my job of removing snow here in the U P of Michigan a breeze. Cordless feature is great for easy use. For an old man like me, it's recommended.

Easy to assemble. Today was the first trial - abt 5-6 inches of light snow and it worked well and was easy to use. A 2-4inch wider path would be nice but am well satisfied. Product support seems to be strong - rest will depend on longevity.

Easy to use. Customer suport was great. They didn't keep me on hold. I had a problem getting it to start,the tech took me thru the reboot and it worked fine. I live a the top of the Continental Divide and have tough snow blowing chalenges. with a healing broke arm this litte guy sure beat a snow shovel.

It works very well, easy to assemble and follow instructions. The only drawback is the battery life...It did a great job until the batteries died and my attempts to get extra batteries have gone unanswered.

I had hopes as my electric Snowjoe does a wonderful job. I hate having to drag 75ft of cord, so I thought I would try this 48V with the great price from Sams. But am I VERY disappointed. 4 pages of don'ts with the batteries had me concerned. But today I had charged batteries and ready to go. Installing batteries was not assuring connection. I was familiar with the trigger safety, but the kids play toy handle-trigger is terrible. Everying has to be done with the right hand, at a odd angle. The trigger is flimsy and don't let go. There is a delay for the motor to come on, and this unit does not clean down to the concrete. Went to remove the batteries when done clearing, and the left one would not come out. I can't tell if its the dual release buttons on the battery, but both batteries install felt like they didn't really fit the hole or positive connections. Think this will be going back to Sams
