Wonderful tool, I used it today - first snow fall in Denver. It works great! Peace of mind!

This is the most impressive snow shovel I have ever used

I love my Snow Joe and Sun Joe products. My driveway is way too big to use a shovel so I use the snow blower. It's light weight, but works like a heavy duty. I would highly recommend any of their products.

Just bought this unit refurbished, but already have concerns. The 4 rubber-tips that are attached to the steel auger are worn out. Have been trying to locate where i can buy replacement tips, no luck.

Does not clear the snow all the way down--I have to go back and shovel after words (we're talking trying to clear only three inches of snow). Battery life is like 30 minutes--not long enough to do my very small driveway

Product worked well but the battery time was so short and disrupted and prolonged my work time due to recharge time over and over!!

Easy to assemble, even easier to use. BLew through five inches without any problems. As well as two snowfalls since then.

Wow! This beauty cleared our driveway that had 15“ of snow. Amazing power for a battery-operated machine!
