I love this little powerhouse machine. So easy to use. You pop in a pod, pick which size and press start. No waiting for the water to preheat.

Tried several times to connect to WiFi but failed. The plastic shell is very cheap and unstable for this machine. Just an ordinary keurig!

The machines are unreliable and are designed to fail. I keep buying a new machine after the prior one fails. Very disappointing.

My Keurig brewer broke down and I called for warranty service. Hassle free, quick, easy replacement. A real delight!

Love larger water reservoir. Love WIFI feature. Love strong brew feature. Strongly recommend this brewer.

Set up everything to include bluetooth - automatic brew will not work. Heats up water fast and brews fast, but no auto function.

My older Keurig makes a better coffee. The new one has more options to brew but I couldn’t match the smooth taste of the older one.

I had a K Supreme before the Smart and both machines are awesome! The Smart machine has more features which I am very pleased with.

The replaced coffee machine works very well. I hope it can continue to work. I can’t do without it every day.

great coffee maker, live the different features, can control it from ny phone. it tracks coffe used and orders k pods when running out.
