Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker

Keurig sent a replacement with a unit that also malfunctions. Now I’m in email and phone tag with the company in attempt to get a working one!

Replaced faulty brewer with another faulty brewer!

Solid Keurig material. Love the options for heat, strength and amount.  By far, my favorite is the "favorite" you can program.  Love this purchase.

Great Machine

This is my third Keurig Smart as the previous two just stopped working so I hope this one lasts more than the two months that the last one worked!

Seems to be working ok

Great product. Easy to use and setup. Many choices for brewing so different tastes can be had for different individuals.

Nice choice for small household.

Out of 4 Keurig's that i have been thru i finally get a 12 oz. Cup of coffee, the coffee  tastes better, think i am going to enjoy this new one.

Great tasting coffee.

It does not sit solid, a bit rocky.  I'm using green mountain K cups, sometimes the machine recognizes the kcup

It is phenomenal!! Just pop in a pod and the keurig recognizes the brand/name and brews it accordingly!!

Have had 3 keurigs. All have had problems with thermal overload switch malfunctioning. Need to disassemble and using a clip reset thermal overload until it happens again

Problems

The TL;DR: the Smart features are overbearing and mostly useless. 

Comes with Smart features with a connected app that might be handy for some people, but I didn't see myself using. I was hoping the scheduled brew would be useful, but you have to open the app and "activate" the brew. I know this is to make sure there's a fresh pod and a cup to catch it, but "analog" brewers don't require this. It renders the scheduler pointless.
You can't schedule a brew for tea because you can only get hot water from the "Hot Water" setting, and that's not available in scheduling on the app. 
It knows what pods you put into the brewer, and has preset recommended settings for them, which is neat, but then it tracks your usage to then try to sell you more pods (and a subscription). 
There's now 5 nozzles instead of 1, to control brew strength, which is nice, but if you use self-fill pods, you'll need new ones, and I don't know if any 3rd party pods will work because they'll likely lack a recognizable QR code.
