These things are cheaply built and seriously overpriced. This is my 4th one in 6 years. Now this new one, the wifi doesn't work.

We love our new K Supreme Smart Brewer. Have been a customer of Keurig’s since 2012 & we are very satisfied with their pods & equipment.

We are completely satisfied with our new coffee maker. We get a perfect cup of coffee each and every time and it's so quiet.

The Keurig K Supreme Smart will not connect to WiFi and customer will not provide assistance getting the problem fixed.

Like the slim look. Works differently than any other Keurig I've had. So far I like it and hope it lasts as long as my Keurig Elite has.

I love the range of settings but every time it goes to sleep I have to reset the Wi-Fi so it’s impossible to set it to do a timed brew

The machines are unreliable and are designed to fail. I keep buying a new machine after the prior one fails. Very disappointing.

I am enjoying the fact of using the app to start brewing while I am in bed. Brews the perfect kcup.

This was a replacement for my old Keurig coffee machine. I like the compact size and the features, especially the favorite option.

Am so happy with the K-Supreme SMART coffee maker. Love the Signature brew, plus all the additional brewing options.
