This coffee maker is fast and quiet. We have been using Keurig maker for the last 10 years. Their warrantees are terrific. I also am on direct shipment, which makes life so easy comes right to my door.

I know some people love electronic connections but this slowed my process time down. Nice machine, but if you don't want all the computer connections don't get this one.

Pretty good brewer so far...I'm still learning how to use it but it makes a refreshing cup of coffee. The brewer makes a little noise when brewing but overall it's a pretty decent machine.

Like this machine very much. As advertise it recognizes your k up. Favorite setting. Best ever option is the WiFi I can make my k up when I wake up and it is ready by the time I get to the kitchen. Great warranty.

Original Coffee maker stopped brewing coffee. Called customer service, and after a few go rounds, and returning the original a replacement was sent. Now I am enjoying morning coffee again.

Great coffee maker - as long as it works. I’ve purchased two of these. Both stopped working (as in won’t turn on) within days of the warranty ending. I’m done with Keurig.

I have had the greatest warranty service from Keurig any time that I have had an issue with any of the coffee makers that I have had that gave me problems.

I love this unit, so easy to use. I like that I can program it from my phone. I do get way too many emails from it though, lol! It makes the best brew I have had from a Keurig machine, this is my fourth.

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought this machine because I loved my first one so much! My morning cup of coffe is dark, rich, full of flavor!! What did I do before I had this?!!!? Highly, highly recommend buying this machine!!!

I love this machine and would have given it 5 stars , but both the technician and I had trouble connecting it to the internet. She was excellent and we finally did it after about 2 hours on the phone!
