I love the variety of temperatures and brews this machine can make and that the water reservoir can be on the side or the back, depending on where I place it.

Actually great machine but the design it has 5 punchers into kcup i guess where cold and hot water can go in,if u want 3 level of colder coffee grounds pour out of kcup everwhere so is that reason they put on sale

We recently bought the K-Supreme Smart. I love that it knows what coffee or tea that I am brewing and our drinks always come out tasting fabulous. I would highly recommend the K-Supreme.

I love this machine and would have given it 5 stars , but both the technician and I had trouble connecting it to the internet. She was excellent and we finally did it after about 2 hours on the phone!

The machine itself works well, but as in comparison to the price I paid for it, it was a little over priced. The average coffee machine has a reasonable price, but these machines from Keurig have a tendency to lean to the higher-priced side.

Liked my other Keurig better. This has too much technology that is useless to me, takes longer to brew and doesn’t sit on counter as well. I actually thought I was buying a different version, so it’s my fault.

I'm a big girl, I know how to keep track of my coffee supplies and how to set my coffee maker to make what I like, I dont need to be constantly reminded to connect to the internet so that it can think for me.

I cannot say enough about this fantastic coffee maker. The perfect cup of coffee every time! I got mine with the club deal and I what a deal! Don't hesitate. Get this!

Love this product, easy to use and create your favorite hot or cold drink, I love making hot cocoa with it, this is my second one, I had to buy another one love it so much.

I prefer the older models of Keurig coffee makers. I can’t connect to the internet we have. So I’m not satisfied with the new one. It runs very slow.
