My KSupreme brewer just stopped working. I was able to easily call in and get it replaced. They quickly sent the replacement. Great customer service!!

This machine is a game changer so easy and convenient for my husband and myself I love it love it love it you got to get you one you'll see the difference that it makes in your life and the time it saves as opposed to a regular coffee maker.

While I am frustrated with the need to keep replacing Keurig brewers so often (this one after two months of operation), the replacement is working great. I only hope it lasts for a least a few years...

Replacement machine set up quickly and works perfectly. Had spent hours with support trying to get original purchase connect with internet. It was definitely a machine problem as there has been no problem with the replace

I'm on #3 under warranty & still having the same problems brewing. Lemon law apply? I'll be asking for my money back on this model. Don't buy this one.

I love it! I got it as a present for my mom and she can never make them in time for work. So, now she can start them from her phone and have coffee ready in time.

I can not believe that I had to replace an expensive Keurig product so soon but grateful that Keurig did the right thing and sent me a new replacement. Other than that, it is a Keurig. What more can I say??
