It makes excellent coffee, but the Bluetooth option is very hit-or-miss. We don't even bother using the Bluetooth option anymore. I recommend saving some money and going manual.

My other coffee brewer stopped working I called Keurig all I had to do is send them the sn & proof purchase & Keurig sent me New replacement, Easy as that.

I love it! I got it as a present for my mom and she can never make them in time for work. So, now she can start them from her phone and have coffee ready in time.

I am amazed at how easy it is to make coffee shop tasting coffee! I haven’t figured out everything yet, but I can brew a mean cup of Pike Place! This machine helps me be a Barista!!

I just upgraded to the multi-stream unit and I love it. The smell and taste of my coffee seems elevated compared to the old unit. Bonus is the ability to change temp and strength of coffee.

Still setting up favorites but the coffee tastes so much better than our old machine made. Once all the favorites and timers and stuff is set up I know I’ll never regret the purchase.

Love the K-supreme Smart. Only wish it was easier to have a cuppa coffee waiting for you in the morning without having to answer if you want to brew or not.

Love this coffee maker! Super fast. I can make my coffee extra hot, and my daughter can make "hot" chocolate warm. We have 5ghz internet, so not able to connect the "smart" part of the coffee maker, but that's ok (for now).

I don’t normally write reviews, but I just wanted to say Keira did a great job of replacing my Brewer after it stopped working it was sent out immediately

This machine is a game changer so easy and convenient for my husband and myself I love it love it love it you got to get you one you'll see the difference that it makes in your life and the time it saves as opposed to a regular coffee maker.
