I had my doubts, but these are so good! They cook up perfect in the air fryer, and I personally think they taste way better than the ones from Starbucks. These will definitely be a regular purchase in my household going forward.

I love these! I had been buying the uncured bacon and whole egg variety, but I'm trying to cut back on cholesterol intake. I thought they would be a little less tasty, but they are delicious! I'm really glad I tried them, and I'm adding them to my regular shopping list.

these were okay but I wasn't blown away. they don't have much flavor other than red pepper. I wouldn't have been able to tell there was cheese if it wasn't mentioned on the box. I think I'll be I'm going back to the other kind with the whole eegs and bacon for my next order.

I bought 4 boxes of Sam's Member Mark egg white bites thinking they were similar to the Three Bridges Egg White bites Sam's Club previously sold. However, this purchase was very disappointing they were not good at all and had no real flavor in them at all. Also, there were only a few pieces of bell pepper in each bite. I returned three of the four unopened boxes for my refund and I will not purchase them again.

well when the doc gives you the word about watching your carbs and cholesterol your world of food becomes a lot smaller. I am so glad I found these, they're easy and quick to make and absolutely delicious! The peppers and spinach really up the flavor too. They look prettier if you bake them but if you're in a hurry they microwave well and even though they are small you feel satisfied after eating them. I sometimes also add a slice of (low carb) toast with some guacomole spread or lowcal butter substitute. This is good stuff give them a try!
