I gave these a try just to find some new options for protein (I'm a weightlifter), and I'm glad I did! They're a little high in saturated fat and sodium, but not terrible for an occasional treat. 14 grams of egg protein in 180 calories isn't "whey protein shake" perfect, but again, fine for a between-meals snack now and then (and superior to most protein bars, especially since you don't have to deal with any sugar alcohols with this product). And egg whites are a complete protein, earning a 1.0 on the PCDAAS scale of protein quality and a Biological Value of 100, meaning that this is a top-tier easily-digested protein source. And they taste GOOD! I've found that microwaving them is perfectly fine, even though they recommend an air fryer (I give them 1:45, slightly longer than the package suggestion). Add a pinch of fat-free cheddar, a dash of paprika, and a drizzle of Melinda's Green Sauce and the flavor is unsurpassed.

I heated them in the air fryer per the instructions and it did firm up the outside texture quite a bit. I was worried about the texture when I removed them from the packaging because they seamed very squishy. As a health conscious individual I was very pleased by the macros, not quite what I consider "high protein", but not very far off. The peppers definitely add to the flavor profile and the sou vide egg is different but good. I could see myself replacing hard boiled eggs in my diet with these.

It was my first time trying egg white bites that are not freshly made, I thought it would save me time on cooking in the morning but it was a disappointment. The portions are really small, the texture is mushy and not appealing plus there is no taste whatsoever. I’d rather make fresh eggs,more tasty,healthier and way cheaper and probably less calories.I would pass on this product.

Easy to cook and good cheesy flavor. I would have loved to have a bit more veggies in them, which is the reason for a 4 star and not 5. But we will absolutely purchase them again!

Convenient high protein lower fat breakfast option. Comparable to Starbucks but a much better price point.

Members Mark Egg bites are delicious. I put a couple tablespoons of Members Mark Fresh Salsa and some slices of avacado. Its a quick breakfast that stays with me until lunch time. Perfect breakfast!
