Nobody makes a 60 inch panel anymore, so I had to grab this when I saw it on sale at my local club. I have limited space over my framed/boxed fireplace mantel. I had a 55" but it started to have burn in problems after 9 years. All to most of the manufacturers are stuck on 55" and 65" inch panels to reduce manufacturing waste and cost. A 65" TV is just too big to fit in our dedicated TV space, so this one works well in that aspect. You rarely see a 60" panel unless you are willing to pay 3x-5x the cost for a higher end TV. The picture is great for the price point, but I am not a big fan of the Roku UI and the limited menu options. I decided not to connect this to the internet because I loathe ads and commercials. The UI kept adding apps and channels without my consent, so I did a full reset and disconnected it from the internet. I use PCs on all of my TVs so we will consume our media ad free in that manner instead of utilizing Roku. The free channels are great, but we can find all of the same stuff on the web through the PC. Since we have this hooked to a PC, I did notice that in 30hz mode, even when in game mode, that it is a little laggy. The lag goes away if you can run your video in 60hz, but not all video cards can do this and properly communicate with this TV's limited or auto switching HDMI protocols. IMO it is a decent panel, but I purchased this for the specific size. If I was looking for a different size, I would have gone with another Vizio for the better UI, better gaming mode, and better and more expansive settings.

Terrible customer service on a low-tier product. Missing parts (remote) out of the box. proof of purchase and pictures of tv were not enough to prove that i bought it. they kept denying the claim and requesting the same info over and over. a delay, deny tactic? who knows, these guys suck

I just purchased this, had a 55"tcl led TV before this and had wanted the Philips Ambilight tv so I upgraded to that model in 65 inch. I didn't find the Ambilight feature to be worth the extra $ and felt the 65 inch was a little big for my living room so I returned it and purchased this Philips 60" QLED model. The picture quality on this tv is leaps and bounds better than the standard led UHD on the TCL and Philips Ambilight models I had before. The picture and color comes through so vivid on this tv. The panel itself is thin and lightweight and I bought the 5 year extended warranty so I'm covered if anything breaks. Best of all this had an amazing low price. So far I'm thrilled.

This television impressed the heck out of me. For the price, I didn't have very high expectations initially, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the great picture, easy interface, and fast internet speeds. This television replaced a 55" LG, now relegated to the basement. The menus are simple, and I really like that the interface is not as complicated as the one on the LG I had. Some things might seem like a downgrade. For instance, some system settings cannot be adjusted while watching something in an app, but I actually found that I liked this because I think that the simple interface makes everything work better. Also, the tuning to live TV stations is a lot faster than my LG TV was, which I think is because the TV just keeps everything simple. I also like the fact that the TV is a 60", which is exactly the size I needed for my space. Finding a 60" TV these days is difficult, but to me, it's the perfect size: large enough for an immersive viewing experience, but small enough that the TV does not dominate the room. It equals out to being about 20% larger than a 55" TV. For those who are reluctant to buy this because of the price point, I urge you to give this a try. It's the perfect TV on a lot of level, especially if you don't need a lot of options cluttering up the interface.

Best deal for a 60" in the valley. TV works great. Zero issues so far.

Needed a 60" size to replace a Vizio E Series from 2017. Prior owner had a custom built in made that will take up to a 60". Some things that I have noticed. It's and IPS panel and it does not have local dimming. it's not a bad set.

Excellent picture / brightness / contrast. TV speakers leave a bit to be desired but I think that is to be expected for pretty much any TV below $1,000. Hooked up a sound bar and loving the setup. Recommended.

It is the first Roku TV we owned, all the other TVs we have in the house are Google TV. The best app we love is we can watch the cable channels we have service with (Spectrum) without the cable box hooked up. The picture quality is also very good compared to the other TVs we have.

The entire process (from opening the box to fully operational) took less than 15 minutes. The Roku Entertainment System is so easy to master. Through Roku, this TV was immediately synced up with our other Roku devices (no need to re-enter or download any additional information). QLED provides a superior picture quality. Great for sports, movies and cartoons. The entire family lovers this new TV. Would highly recommend it,

This is my first experience with Roku and I love all the programs and movies that are free to watch. This would be great for someone who doesn’t want the hassle of paying for cable, apps, an Apple TV or Amazon stick. Though, if you do want any of those things, you have all the connections on the back of the TV to do so.
