I got the TV shipped to me from I think CA and I live in VA. it worked great for a few weeks but it's been freezing up and restarting on its on for the past 2 days. I still don't know what is going on with it. I tried to do a replacement, but they said the TV is now phased out and I can't get a replacement, only a return. big disappointment. but before the freezing on occasions, I liked the TV a lot. now I wished I would have just got me something else

I don’t like Roku TV because all the apps you have to pay otherwise no free tv apps, so even the price is cheap for a big screen tv, but actually you spent over $300 just buy a BIG screen television, I can buy LG Samsung Vizio or Sony for better quality( Sorry Roku TV is not recommended)

Decent Panel for $279

Nobody makes a 60 inch panel anymore, so I had to grab this when I saw it on sale at my local club. I have limited space over my framed/boxed fireplace mantel. I had a 55" but it started to have burn in problems after 9 years. All to most of the manufacturers are stuck on 55" and 65" inch panels to reduce manufacturing waste and cost. A 65" TV is just too big to fit in our dedicated TV space, so this one works well in that aspect. You rarely see a 60" panel unless you are willing to pay 3x-5x the cost for a higher end TV. The picture is great for the price point, but I am not a big fan of the Roku UI and the limited menu options. I decided not to connect this to the internet because I loathe ads and commercials. The UI kept adding apps and channels without my consent, so I did a full reset and disconnected it from the internet. I use PCs on all of my TVs so we will consume our media ad free in that manner instead of utilizing Roku. The free channels are great, but we can find all of the same stuff on the web through the PC. Since we have this hooked to a PC, I did notice that in 30hz mode, even when in game mode, that it is a little laggy. The lag goes away if you can run your video in 60hz, but not all video cards can do this and properly communicate with this TV's limited or auto switching HDMI protocols. IMO it is a decent panel, but I purchased this for the specific size. If I was looking for a different size, I would have gone with another Vizio for the better UI, better gaming mode, and better and more expansive settings.
