I just purchased this, had a 55"tcl led TV before this and had wanted the Philips Ambilight tv so I upgraded to that model in 65 inch. I didn't find the Ambilight feature to be worth the extra $ and felt the 65 inch was a little big for my living room so I returned it and purchased this Philips 60" QLED model. The picture quality on this tv is leaps and bounds better than the standard led UHD on the TCL and Philips Ambilight models I had before. The picture and color comes through so vivid on this tv. The panel itself is thin and lightweight and I bought the 5 year extended warranty so I'm covered if anything breaks. Best of all this had an amazing low price. So far I'm thrilled.

I have an LCD, OLED, and now a QLED. The OLED is the best, hands down. But this QLED is really awesome. I bought it for the price to use outdoors and figured a TV at that price level would be fine. However, this could easily serve a main TV in the house. I read the reviews from the experts but I don't see any of the negatives that were pointed out. I've watched horse racing, football, and hockey and there is no lag whatsoever. Very bright, beautiful picture. I'm overjoyed with this purchase. I truly consider this a steal!

I was looking at smaller sizes but they were more expensive so I got this one and glad I did. The sound was pretty good but even better with the sound bar I got for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with the TV overall but did have a problem with it playing nice with my Tablo DVR. I put it down to the version Roku it was using as my other Roku TVs with a different version Roku worked fine with my Tablo. Unfortunately you can't control the version of Roku your TV uses. I did contemplate returning the Philips Roku TV as the Tablo functionality was important to me. However the problem resolved itself eventually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this TV for a few weeks, so I can only rate on what I've seen so far. To this point the TV was reasonably priced, clarity is excellent, visible screen is great, easy to setup, I'm dropping one star only because this TV was unable to setup my surround sound receiver to the Roku remote control to control the volume and power on/off. I'll give that my surround sound system is an older one, but my other TV's can link the surround sound receiver. Otherwise, it's a great TV.

It’s a fine TV with integrated Roku. My only real complaint is that the back lighting seems to suddenly lighten or darken rather than gradually transition. I don’t know that most people would even notice, but sometimes it bothers me.

⸻ I recently purchased a television that was on sale at Sam’s Club at a very good price. After completing the purchase, I realized the television would not fit in my daughter’s car. I went to Customer Service and asked whether I could leave the television at the desk for approximately 30 minutes while I returned home to get my SUV. I explained the situation to the associate, including that I simply needed a short amount of time to retrieve my vehicle. She informed me that I could not leave the television because she was not willing to be responsible for it. Unfortunately, I was also advised that the television could not be ordered for shipping through the Sam’s Club app. As a result, I had no choice but to return the television. Once the return was processed, the item was no longer available for shipping at Sam’s Club. I ultimately ordered the same television from a competitor (BJ’s) at the same price and had it delivered the following morning. While I understand store policies, I was disappointed that no alternative solution or flexibility was offered, particularly given the short timeframe and the fact that the item had already been purchased.
