I thought I would give this powder a try. It’s supposed to help the immune system, which is worth trying as the start of cold and flu season. It’s also good for gut health. It has no smell which is good. You can either mix in a drink or have the powder dry. I had the powder dry which has a little bit of a milky taste. Not really a fan over the powder consistently. I would suggest mixing in drinks especially milk you wouldn’t taste it. Overall if you are wanting to try colostrum I would use this one

Less bloating, less noise, less time in the restroom. I go and then I don't until the next day. The way it used to be for me until I got older. It has been 5 days and I have noticed the difference already. It makes my cold coffee more creamy!

Colostrum powder was easy to fit into my daily dietary supplement intake routine. And although listed as unflavored has like a vanilla milkshake flavor which was a plus for me! I took this product a few hours before bed by just directly taking one scoop by mouth! According to the suggested use this supplement can be taken this way or added to a cold beverage. The serving size is actually not big, it’s about the width of a nickel and the depth of two nickels stacked which is a much smaller amount than found in other supplements. Because I have only been taking a few days, I have yet to really see the benefits of this product but if it helps support my immune system and gut health like stated on the container, adding this supplement to my daily routine would be a no brainer! Overall I am pretty pleased with this product.

The Member's Mark Colostrum Powder is an easy easy way to incorporate a gut health habit into my daily routine. The only ingredient is the skimmed colostrum, no flavors. And it truly is flavorless and odorless. It is totally undetectable in whatever I stir it into. I've tried it in smoothies, strawberry milk, and overnight oats. It mixes really easily - I will just add it in with the rest of the ingredients before I blend my smoothie, or shake it up for a few seconds into my strawberry milk, or stir with a spoon into my overnight oats. It has to be something cold, though. The label warns against stirring into something hot. So I will put it in my iced coffee, but not hot coffee. I have taken it by pouring it directly into my mouth with the little scoop, but I prefer to mix it into something since I have to wash it down anyway.
