Been taking them for over a week and I feel the difference in energy level. Ingredients are good, so no harm. Being a female these nutrients are necessary so nothing negative in that sense. There is no aftertaste too.

Simple and clean vegan omega-3 soft gel supplemental. Though the capsules themselves are a bit large but all and all they have easily taken place in a daily routine of promoting heart health. It is something I will be keeping tabs on going forward.

Lemon taste and smell is strong so gulp it down quick if you don't like sour things. I feel great when I take it so no complaints here. If they would make these unflavored definitely could have 5 stars.

To start this is in the triglyceride form, which can be an excellent morning addition for a much lower price than polar lipid form. I like the lemon scented addition as I'm sure the capsules would smell very fishy since the capsules might be permeable to those triglyceride oil scents. I moved the polar lipid form to the evening, and added this large dose in the morning for best results overall. Too bad my local club doesn't carry it, but the next closest does. Weird I can't see that on the app.

Sam's used to carry the Nordic Naturals brand of algae omega 3, and it was always a good price. They recently discontinued and brought in this replacement, but I wiah they would bring back NN - I dunno what is in this, but 9 days after I started taking, my joints started aching unexpectedly. I stopped, and my pain is getting better. please bring back Nordic Naturals - You carry so many different fish oils, why is this the only plant-based option?
