Finally a vegan Omega-3 supplement! Does not leave a horrible aftertaste. I will say the lemon scented packed that is in with the vitamins through me off. I thought they would taste lemony but they don't.

I wasn't sure what to expect from vegan omega 3 but I actually enjoy a little variety to my diet to give my body something it normally wouldn't have. These are actually smaller then any fish oil I have taken. Also, the additional cute little "don't eat me" yellow heart is super cute. It's a "vegan omega 3 good for your heart" type marketing thing I think and I'm all for it. I'm sure it's used to keep the pills dry and seems to work!

I really like this vegan option for getting your omega 3 oils. I am vegan and won't buy anything with fish oils or gelatin. The serving size of 2 softgels gives you 700 mg of DHA and 280 mg of EPA. All derived from algae oil. Other ingredients are tapioca starch, glycerin and water.

I just got this bottle of vegan Omega 3s and haven’t tried it yet since I am finishing up the last few doses of the Krill oil I had bought from Sam’s. I have been taking Omega 3s for years due to high triglycerides and cholesterol levels and they’ve helped me. I’m pretty sure this product will do as well as the other products I have taken. I won’t know for at least a couple months whether or not they are helping. However, I do like that it’s vegan!
