I use to have my omega 3 doses from Salmon, this is not a problem, I love Salmon…but sometimes I wasn't up to have fish, or I had no salmon in my fridge…so, this is the best option I could find to replenish my omega 3 needs, has no taste, works well, so I think it is a great source for Omega 3…

I just got this bottle of vegan Omega 3s and haven't tried it yet since I am finishing up the last few doses of the Krill oil I had bought from Sam's. The product did not cause any issues as far as I can see. However, unfortunately - it is hard to measure its effectiveness unless you use it for a longer term i.e. 3 to 6 months. On opening the bottle I found that there was lemon scented insert and wondered what it was. It gives a nice lemon scent to the tablets which is a very nice touch.

I've been using the Member's Mark Vegan Omega-3 Softgels for a few weeks now, and overall I'm really happy with them.
