These pills have a surprisingly pleasant smell for being an omega-3 supplement - almost like citrus. I've had other supplements that have a somewhat fishy smell and these do not have that at all. It makes the pills a lot easier to swallow. On the swallowing note, though, these pills are rather large - about an inch long. I'd say these are quite good - large size, but pleasant smell. I don't notice any adverse feelings in my stomach or anywhere else after I take one.

I was hesitant on getting into these supplements but o normally put more trust in Sam's brand for a few reasons and i was not disappointed. No weird smell or after taste is what is most important for me. The pills are larger than i prefer but since they are gel caps they digest easier

I normally can not tolerate large pills but I'm able to tolerate these fairly well. Definitely watch out for the lemon scented puck inside. Mine was shaped as a heart and I wasn't aware that it was suppose to be in there. However, the lemon scent and the puck are both normal.

I just got this bottle of vegan Omega 3s and haven't tried it yet since I am finishing up the last few doses of the Krill oil I had bought from Sam's. I have been taking Omega 3s for years due to high triglycerides and cholesterol levels and they've helped me. I'm pretty sure this product will do as well as the other products I have taken. I won't know for at least a couple months whether or not they are helping. However, I do like that it's vegan!
