I've taken my fair share of creatine brands.. this, by far, has been the worst. I loved that they would be convenient to grab/go, but my goodness... the amount of bloating/gas/digestion issues I've had since starting these is pretty concerning. So, for those that have a semi sensitive stomach, beware.. these gummies will wreck havoc!

They are huge compared to other creatine gummies. Which wouldn't be a major problem except the texture is sticky (not really gummy) and grainy - not pleasant. And the taste is... fine, I guess. Meh. definitely won't buy these again.
