These give you a fulfilling of serene and calm serenity. They are awesome to take before bed. The pills are a little bit big but overall a great supplement. 

I bought this Members mark 1000 mg Organic Ashwagandha it has been two weeks since o started taking it, I took this product to help manage my high stress levels. Within about a week, I found it easier to "shut down my brain" at night and fall asleep faster, and after consistent use for second weeks I noticed a significant improvement in my overall mood. It hasn't completely eliminated stress, but it has made it much more manageable. I love it so far and will continue taking it.

I’ve been taking this Organic Ashwagandha for a few weeks now and I’m honestly really happy with it. The capsules are easy to take, the quality feels great and I like that it uses KSM-66 extract. It makes a difference after a few days of taking. I take with food to settle my stomach. The pills are average sized for any vitamins. I do feel better daily. I feel calmer and no major brain fog. I can make it through the whole day withput that afternoon tired feeling.

I have been looking for an Ashwagandha supplement after hearing it may help with stress relief. This seems like a very nice, easy to take product.
