This organic ashwagandha is pretty good, I do feel less stressed and helps me feel a little more relaxed. I take it after dinner to help me relax for bedtime. I would recommend this natural supplement but just not for an everyday dosage.

Ashwagandga is special supplement to take for any stress I never take that before and I feel is helping me to sleep and I wake up with a lot of energy and keep me going all day with the same attitude.

I'd been wanting to try ashwagandha for a while, especially since I'm creeping into half century status. After a few days I really did start to notice some subtle effects. Sleep was more restful and I was able to focus more during the day.

I started taking these as I deal with anxiety on the regular, but try to avoid prescription drugs and try to look for more natural alternatives. These did seem to take the edge off a little. Maybe with continued use I’ll notice more.
