This organic ashwagandha is pretty good, I do feel less stressed and helps me feel a little more relaxed. I take it after dinner to help me relax for bedtime. I would recommend this natural supplement but just not for an everyday dosage.

I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and I am not sure if I feel much of a difference. They dont taste bad and I take them along with other vitamins. I am going to continue to take them and see how they work over more time.

I have tried several brands of Ashwa and I can be picky. These work well and provide a great relaxing feeling. The downside to these is that as a personal preference I do not care for capsules. I would prefer something slighly easier to swallow.

I started taking the members mark organic ashwaganda and I’m impressed that I have noticed in my sleep (no more insomnia) and my stress seems to be getting better. The capsule itself is big but so easy to pass.
