This product took me three weeks to notice any Changes.I can say this helped with my mental clarity and ability to Focus while at work. This helped with my energy levels as well. I also feel like I'm sleeping better at night.

I started taking these as I deal with anxiety on the regular, but try to avoid prescription drugs and try to look for more natural alternatives. These did seem to take the edge off a little. Maybe with continued use I'll notice more.

Good vitamin. Just started it and will update review if there are additional points to make but so far o will say it is easy to swallow and no funny smell like some vitamins have. The price point is nice too.

There is not much to say about the product. The pills are an average size in a capsule, so easy to swallow. I didn't find myself having extra energy but maybe I need to take them a little longer. No side effects for me.

I love this supplement. It does exactly as promised. Helps you relax at night to be able to fall asleep. Has a lot of positive effects. I take mine with a small snack in the evening so I don't run the risk of an upset stomach and it's fine.

I have tried several brands of Ashwa and I can be picky. These work well and provide a great relaxing feeling. The downside to these is that as a personal preference I do not care for capsules. I would prefer something slighly easier to swallow.

I am enjoying these pills so far. I haven't been taking them for the recommended six to eight weeks yet. But the capsules are not large and are easy to swallow. They do not have any taste and don't give me weird burps later on.

So far I am really liking these. I am noticing that my stress level seems lower and I do not feel a heavy stomach from high cortisol. I will continue to purchase these and I would recommend them to anyone.
