I like these supplements. You need to do your research and know when and how to take them. I tried taking them at night and got a stomach ache. So I switched to the morning and didn't get a stomach ache. I found when taken in the morning they give me a boost of energy. The sizing is good, i'd say they're medium size pills, easy to swallow.

I got this organic ashwagandha to try to help as a calming agent to help with sleep. After taking it for about two weeks, it seems to be working. Been sleeping a lot better by not waking up in the middle of the night. I take one in the morning and one before bed with a half a banana. I would recommend anyone to try it.
