I’m 4 weeks postpartum and have added these to my regimen and been taking these for a couple weeks now. I feel like they are helping me stay calm and even helping with my sleep a bit which is incredible helpful and important with a new baby. They don’t upset my stomach and I love that it is only 2 capsules a day and organic.

I’ve noticed such a difference in my mood and stress levels for the better after taking these ashwagandha. I’ve been trying to take these daily and when I accidentally miss a day I do notice a difference. I also am more relaxed in the evenings and helps me with sleep as well. I highly recommend

The pills are easy to swallow. They have no after taste. I’ve used it for 2 weeks now and see a marked improvement in my sleep. It also helps me stay focused. The only difference between my older ashwagandha and new one is KSM-66. Im guessing it may be because of that.

I am blown away by this product!! Not only does it deliver certified organic and non-GMO ingredients, but it’s also made in the US! I’ve been taking this consistently for a month and although I physically can’t feel the difference, my recovery on my Oura has improved significantly!! I went from moderate cumulative stress to LOW, which has not budged since I started tracking over 1 yr ago. Also, my HRV recovery has moved into optimal ranges, so my biometrics are definitely improving. It’s only two pills daily with a meal, which is easy for me to remember with my lunch. I will definitely continue this once I’m out to see how else things improve as time progresses.

I usually take this in the morning before work. I find that it does help me with my stress and helps me focus better. The taste isn’t too bad . It taste like any other vitamin with a herbal taste. It hasn’t really affected my sleep too much in terms of falling asleep, but I do feel like I sleep a lot better and wake up feeling more refreshed.

I really like these pills because they help keep my stress level well reduced it doesn’t have to know or give me side effects I love it I loved it ❤️❤️

I find these capsules to help manage stress and keep my immune system supported. I like that they dont make me nauseous like other supplements. The only downside is that the capsule itself is pretty big
