This product really helped with reducing my stress and anxiety levels. I also felt like I also got better sleep. I suffer from insomnia so I felt a lot more relaxed and calm before bedtime. It also seemed to help with feeling more focused on daily tasks. I also feel like it helped reduce my osteoarthritis pain in my knee. I will continue to purchase this product as it has many benefits for my needs.

I received the Member's Mark Organic Ashwaganda 1000 mg bottle of 180 capsules to review. I have been taking them for 15 days now and they seemed alright. I hadn't really noticed much change or improvement with the well-being benefits listed for it. Those being stress relief and relaxation, improved focus and cognitive function, and promoting energy and vitality throughout the day. My results could be a result of not having taken it long enough yet but I did start having a problem with suddenly getting a whooshing sound in my left ear like being in a wind tunnel. It started 3 days ago...so after having been taking the Organic Ashwaganda for 12 days, I am not sure if this problem is a result of the supplement or just a coincidence. In order to find out I will have to stop taking them for awhile to see if the whooshing in my ear goes away. So, in conclusion I only give it a 3 star rating as I am unsure of its effectiveness and need to figure out if it is the cause of my ear problem. I wish my review was more informative.

I've been trying out Member's Mark Organic Ashwagandha, and overall, it's been a positive addition to my routine. I appreciate that it's organic and comes in a clean, simple formula without unnecessary fillers. The capsules are easy to take, and the bottle provides a good amount for the price, which makes it feel like a solid value compared to other brands.

I have only taken the supplement for a couple of weeks. The pills are large but normal size for supplements in my experience. I have not had any adverse effects but cannot tell if it is helping with stress as the directions say it can take up to 6 weeks.

I hope the effects improve and last! I have only been taking this supplement for a short time, but I definitely noticed a small difference in the way I felt after taking it regularly for over a week. I felt more clear-headed (at least that's the best way I feel I can describe it). I appreciate that the capsules are easily swallowed and I didn't notice any flavor either as other pills can tend to taste awful. I have been looking for an Ashwagandha supplement after hearing it may help with stress relief. This seems like a very nice, easy to take product. It has great positives such as organic, smooth coating on pill for easy swallowing, no added fillers and no gluten. Also it does not have an offensive odor for those with those sensitivities. The pills are the same size as pictured on the bottle. The pills don't have a strong taste when taking them. I haven't taken them for that long so I'm not sure if they are doing what it supposed to be doing.i will come back a repost another review when I have taken them longer

I love these supplements!! I have never heard of them until recently and I have been taking them for a few months and the difference in how physical and mentally is such a great improvement. The capsules are easy to take and I don't upset my stomach at all. I have already recommended these to my sister to start taking.

The package arrived while I was traveling so I didn't start taking it until my return on 11/15. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow but as of now I have not noticed any increase in cognitive function, mood, or energy. According to the insert and research I've read, effects aren't typically seen for 6-8 weeks so it may just be too early. I will update this review after the allotted time has passed if there is any noticeable change.
