I have heard very good things about this supplement. I struggle with stress and i have been taking this for about a week now. I cannot tell the difference yet but i do feel a little bit more energized. I dont know if its the supplement or other changes but it doesn't give my stomach any problems. Worth a try

My doctor has mentioned the benefits of Ashwaganda. So I was very excited to try this. I took mine with dinner, no problems on the size. Went down easy, no funny smells. Love that it’s organic. I’m not sure if I feel anything yet, but the disclaimer does say it can take several weeks to notice a difference.

I love these supplements!! I have never heard of them until recently and I have been taking them for a few months and the difference in how physical and mentally is such a great improvement. I received my supplement few days ago and started on it right away. Unfortunately I had to stop using it because of stomach upset and nausea! Really had high hopes for it to help with sleep but I guess my stomach is too sensitive and can’t handle it .

I've been wanting to try Ashwagandha for a while. It is used to help with stress, anxiety, inflammation, along with several other health benefits. I've only recently received this, so I've only taken it a few days now. The pills are easy to swallow and there's no harsh smells, which is often a problem with supplements in capsule form. I've had no bad reactions but I'm not sure I've been on it long enough to reap the full effects yet. I do feel a little more energy throughout the day and I'm hoping it will help with restful sleep as well.

I am so excited to be able to give this new product a try. I’ve taken Ashwagandha in the past but this Member’s Mark Ashwagandha is Organic! This members mark ashwagandha works well. This can be used to help by reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, and boosting physical performance. I like that this brand is organic so you do not have to worry about pesticides. I would recommend.

I started taking these about a week ago. The capsules are a good size and relatively easy to take. There is a slight smell but it is not too off putting. In the last day or two I have noticed some improvements but I know that it may take up to 6 weeks to fully take effect. Based on the positive results so far I am looking forward to the future.

The pills are the same size as pictured on the bottle. The pills don’t have a strong taste when taking them. I haven’t taken them for that long so I’m not sure if they are doing what it supposed to be doing.i will come back a repost another review when I have taken them longer
