So far using this product for a couple of days I haven’t seen a difference in my attention span or ability to focus but maybe I will with prolonged use. It has no taste as it is a capsule and the formula seems to be natural.

I started using these right before going to bed, and I feel like I get a more complete sleep. Usually, I wake up multiple times throughout the night. This really has improved my sleep. I also like the vegan ingredients.
