You have to take 2 per day preferably with a meal. It does not have any after taste or bad smell. I can't see the results yet but I am enjoying them. You have to store them in a dry place.

I have only taken the supplement for a couple of weeks. The pills are large but normal size for supplements in my experience. I have not had any adverse effects but cannot tell if it is helping with stress as the directions say it can take up to 6 weeks.

I took this for about two weeks so far and it seems to help. I am 45 and going to some perimenopausal symptoms and have a lot of stress. I do feel like it helped keep me calmer and some mental clarity. The internet says it takes a least 6 to eight weeks of consistent use to get the full benefits, so I'm not there yet. I have four stars because I did have to separate the time I took the recommended dose. One in the morning and one at night due to stomach bloating. Separating the dose helped greatly. I would recommend this to anymore needing to feel more calm.

The pills are the same size as pictured on the bottle. The pills don't have a strong taste when taking them. I haven't taken them for that long so I'm not sure if they are doing what it supposed to be doing.i will come back a repost another review when I have taken them longer
