I’ve been using this for almost a month, they are easy to swallow pills. I’m not sure if a month, is enough time to get good results but I’ve felt more calm and not such racing thoughts in my head…

The Member’s Mark Ashwagandha is a good size pill. It is quick absorption. The ingredients are clean. The packaging is recyclable. I have been taking it for a while now and I feel like it is helpful to my mental wellbeing.

I have been taking members Mark ashawagandha for about a week now so I'm not sure if it's working. It's a large pill but it's easy to ingest. Doesn't have a weird taste or scent to it. So we'll see how effective it is at easing my stress.
