Unfortunate for me. These did not work out. They're very big horse type pills. They taste awful. Overall it just was not my cup of tea. I couldn't even really get to see how to get the full benefits. I couldn't get past the big pill and swallowing in the taste.

So this is an early review, as everyone knows vitamins and supplements take weeks to really see any changes! But the taste of these are a bit better than some similar capsules.
