I read reviews of people complaining the pill size being too big - I would disagree - I thought the size was rather average for a capsule. As you can see, this is the capsule next to a regular Tylenol. It did have a slight earthy smell when opening the bottle - but it is a natural earthy herb, so I would expect that to be normal. I am still conflicted on the results of this supplement. I like the calming, less stress promises it makes, but I don’t love how long you have to take it, every day, continually to start maybe seeing those results. But for this brand in particular - if you want to try yourself- I think it’s a great price and a quality product.

Large pills!!! But definitely helped me calm down at bedtime. Did everything completely shut off or quiet down? No. However, there was a significant ease to relaxing after about 2 weeks of consistent use. I’m not sure they are any different or improved from other supplements if the same idea but I do know these worked for me so I’ll stick with them.
