I am blown away by this product!! Not only does it deliver certified organic and non-GMO ingredients, but it's also made in the US! I've been taking this consistently for a month and although I physically can't feel the difference, my recovery on my Oura has improved significantly!! I went from moderate cumulative stress to LOW, which has not budged since I started tracking over 1 yr ago. Also, my HRV recovery has moved into optimal ranges, so my biometrics are definitely improving. It's only two pills daily with a meal, which is easy for me to remember with my lunch. I will definitely continue this once I'm out to see how else things improve as time progresses.

I've been taking these Ashwagandha capsules and have definitely felt some improvements mostly in my stress management and focus levels at work. They are full size pills that do require a large glass of water to swallow. It's also best to eat it with food too to avoid a tummy ache. They have a herbal smell that isn't overpowering. The packaging is user friendly with a flip top lid, I love these so I don't fumble with screwing on and off a top. The bottle is quite large so I would have to separate pills of if I wanted to take them with me for trips. I have enjoyed using this product and look forward to seeing more positive results as the weeks go by.

Si Ive heard the rave about this stuff for a while and this was a coincidental opportunity to try it. I've taken it for two weeks now and I honestly can't live without it! I take one morning and one night and with food and the relief it brings me throughout my stressful work days is incredible! It's in pill form and you can't taste anything so it's genuinely just plant magic! It's vegetarian which is perfect for me as a pescatarians and someone that is medicinally conscious. It has no dairy no eggs no shellfish and no gluten so it works with people that have allergens as well! I think it worth the buy honestly. The way I feel better about my day, almost like. Relaxed energy to get me through has made a world of a difference.

I'm 4 weeks postpartum and have added these to my regimen and been taking these for a couple weeks now. I feel like they are helping me stay calm and even helping with my sleep a bit which is incredible helpful and important with a new baby. They don't upset my stomach and I love that it is only 2 capsules a day and organic.
