He had been struggling with mental health for the entire year on a deep level & has been trying to work through it but was spinning his wheels. That is what I have purchased them for due to my ADHD. I am also drinking mushroom coffee from different companies as well so besides the gummies being a nice little snack for on the go, I am unsure that I can say that the cost is worth the purchase.
