So far, I feel that it is living up to it's promises of helping with focus, energy and brain clarity, which were the main reasons I was interested in this product. I would recommend you give it a try if these are some of the goals you are interested in.

Both my husband and I tried everyday to soldier on past the taste but we both found ourselves dreading the time we were supposed to eat these. We really wanted to like them but the taste is just yucky. I'm sorry!
