Over a week but I can tell you honestly that I can already feel some more energy and some more focus. Looking forward to seeing if it increases with the longer I take them. I recommend trying them. They are delicious and beneficial too so what can you lose?

So far it seems to be doing exactly what I wanted it to do was help with the word recall and general Memory it’s a little too early to tell in my opinion, but I didn’t want to jump on here and say so far so good.

Didn’t notice difference. They have too much sugar in them. I will finish the box but would not get them again

I wanted to like this product but it made me very bloated and gassy. I tried spacing out the gummies throughout the day and it still didn't help. I also thought that my body just needed to adjust so I continued to take them until they were gone. Nothing changed... I will say that I feel like it did improve my mood and I was able to keep my calm. Overall the gas was so bad it definitely out weighed any benefits. I will not be buying it again.
