I was skeptical before trying these but figured it wouldn't hurt to at least give them a try and if they didn't work I could just stop taking them. Pretty simple. After about a week so far of consistent use, I find that I'm not as mentally fatigued and have a little more energy through the day. The mental aspect was huge for me. I don't have as much brain fog as I used to and can actually focus better. I can't wait to see what effects continued use bring me!

Find I am more able to finish what I start and am all able to start more things that I would normally say "I'll do it later". I take these with the Gruns, as well, and find my food noise is gone too!

The ability to start a task and maintain focus has drastically improved. The brain fog and low energy levels have decreased as well. I am excited to continue using nütrops and not have to take medication for ADHD symptoms!
