Secondly, they keep me "regular" and give me the nutrients I would be lacking otherwise as a result of my diminished appetite. They are worth the money, especially when you consider how much less food you eat on a GLP-1! If I could afford to eat them as candy, I would :-)

About 6 months in my husband canceled our account looking for ways to cut back on our expenses. 2 weeks without Gruns the bloating came back, my morning habits went from once a day to every 3 days which was my history prior to taking Gruns. Needless to say we found another way to save money because, I cannot live without my Gruns. I keep a few packs in my work bag. I tell everybody about them, I even give out samples. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love gummy bears and sour gummies, they're my favorite snack, so I jumped on these GLP1-promising Gruns. The Sugar Free had a lot of positive reviews, so I thought "If there isn't a big difference in flavor, less sugar is better." They definitely don't taste sweet like a smoothie, they're more like a green drink. It's not terrible, but part of me wishes I'd gotten the sugar ones. My bigger issue is that I really did not see a difference after eating these. My current regimen already includes a fiber + whole foods protein smoothie in the morning, so I thought I'd eat these as an afternoon snack. I did not notice a difference in food cravings, bowel movements, or energy levels when consuming these.
