That said, as soon as I started in on those 8 yummy gummy bears, all of my fears dissipated and my energy returned. Easy to take-literally feels like I’m eating candy!

TMI, I know but that has to be said to say that while I am ocassionally feeling a little gassy, it's really passed and I'm beginning to feel really good. Being on a GLP-1, my main side effect was constipation. I purchased these gummies in the hopes it would help me and IT HAS! Since about day 5 I've not had anymore issue *going* regularly. I'm glad to have the help where I need it and total bonus that I do not feel sluggish or fatigued anymore either. All of this after just 7 days!

About 6 months in my husband canceled our account looking for ways to cut back on our expenses. 2 weeks without Gruns the bloating came back, my morning habits went from once a day to every 3 days which was my history prior to taking Gruns. I was shocked by the flavor as it was not what I was expecting. I can’t say it tastes like anything else I’ve ever had. I read that refrigeration helps, so I tried that & managed to get them all down. If they can improve on the flavor, I might consider giving them another try.

The only thing that could be improved is how sticky they are but that could very well be due to getting warm during shipping. Overall, I love them!
