Been using the product now for over a month and dont feel any difference. In fact my bloating is worse since I stopped my other supplements.. not gonna lie.. quite disappointed

I notice they help with my mental clarity and give me a little energy boost a Cpl hrs after I take them. I haven’t been consistent taking them tho…. I forgot! Gruns are so tasty 😋 it’s like having a little treat for the day to help meet our daily requirements. Most alternatives that we’ve tried, just don’t taste good or have a lingering aftertaste and they just are not convenient to take when you’re busy during the day. For us, Gruns are 👍👍

So I definetly get the other flavor next time. It’s too soon to really tell if it’s doing anything for me. My stomach has been upset and I have been having migraines since taking them so I don’t know if it’s from these or something else.
