That’s a very visible sign of what they’re doing! My 89 year old mother started taking them 3 weeks ago at my encouragement and feels so much energy! Neither she nor I have been able to take a multivitamin with B vitamins in the past due to nausea (her) or jitters (me) and so such problems with these. They’re great.

Not sure if this was only the specific order I received or will experience more of this lack of quality control in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Gruns after I saw an add targeting GLP-1 users experiencing similar issues as I was (bowel issues, lack of energy & lack of proper nutrition). Very shortly after I started using them, the bowel issues were resolved (much more regular). And I've definitely noticed a difference in my energy level. I had also started to lose my hair at a much higher rate, which I suspected was a lack of proper nutrition. My hair loss has gone back to normal now using Gruns. They also taste good and it's easy to just take a pouch with me in the morning and eat them on my way to work. Thank you so much for these!

I am still having to buy these supplements separately and take them separately each day. With all the research that shows how important these 3 vitamins are for so many health and longevity reasons, you guys are doing a disservice to your customers. Please improve this. Also, provide more notice for subscription changes instead of only a few hours by email. Set your customers up for success instead of grabbing a subscription order that wasn’t needed quite yet.
